Job Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective property solutions. This role includes overseeing the account management process, handling leasing transactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the life cycle of their accounts. The Account Manager will work closely with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business success and client satisfaction.



  1. Maintain regular communication with landlords, tenants, and clients to understand their property needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including conducting site inspections, preparing leasing proposals, leading negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements to ensure smooth transactions.
  3. Conduct regular outreach, including cold calls and meetings with prospective clients, to secure new accounts and expand the company’s client base.
  4. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to generate repeat business, referrals, and maximize client retention.
  5. Develop, maintain, and update an extensive database of property listings, ensuring all property details are accurate and readily available for clients.
  6. Track and monitor all fees payable to PRIME, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely processing of payments in coordination with finance and accounting teams.
  7. Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to provide clients with up-to-date information and relevant advice.
  8. Proactively identify new business opportunities within the real estate sector, explore ways to expand the company’s portfolio, and introduce innovative solutions to meet client demands.
  9. Work closely with the Marketing Team to assist in developing marketing strategies for leasing projects, ensuring effective property exposure, and driving lead generation efforts.
  10. Provide clients with regular updates on leasing activity, market trends, and opportunities, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied with the service provided.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in account management, leasing, or a related field, preferably within the real estate industry.
  3. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for tracking and reporting purposes).
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  8. Knowledge of the Philippine real estate market is an advantage.
  9. Based in Metro Manila or willing to relocate.
