Description
- Manage client accounts and cultivate strong relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Analyze account performance and present findings to clients.
- Resolve client issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, sales support knowledge, and sales training abilities are essential. Proficiency in relationship building and sales management is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, support sales processes, train team members, and build strong client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
