We are currently looking for a Golang Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help us build scalable, cloud-native platforms used in high-impact environments.

About the Role

As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating highly scalable backend systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance services using modern cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
• Architect and implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications on AWS EKS
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Architecture teams
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with Golang
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, memory management, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, schemas)
• Solid expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
• Proficiency in REST APIs, gRPC, and message-driven architectures
• Familiarity with cloud-native design principles and IaC is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
