Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Integration & Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and seamless integration of our desktop, web, and Android POS solutions.

In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple platforms, build and maintain automation frameworks, and validate integrations with third-party systems such as payment processors, tax services, and e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting integration issues, and continuously improving test environments to ensure smooth and predictable releases.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain integration, system, acceptance, and Android instrumentation/UI test plans aligned with functional requirements.
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated regression test suites using:
• Python, C#/MSTest for desktop/server applications
• Kotlin/Java (Espresso, Robolectric, UI Automator) for Android applications
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate and troubleshoot integrations with e-commerce platforms, tax services, payment processors, and other third-party APIs across Windows and Android builds.
• Configure, verify, and automate testing for POS peripherals such as barcode scanners, scales, signature capture pads, and customer displays across Windows PCs and Android devices.
• Investigate and analyze test failures (desktop, web, Android), identify root causes, and collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve issues.
• Document test results, create clear defect reports, and present quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance test environments, datasets, device/emulator labs, and automation tools to improve release stability.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• Strong experience setting up, maintaining, and executing test automation frameworks across Mobile, Desktop, and Web platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language for test automation (C#, Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Working knowledge of SQL (writing queries and validating test data).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps or similar).

• Salary: 122,000 - 130,000 Php
• Work Set up: Remote
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM PH Time
