Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, iced drinks, and specialty concoctions with a creative touch.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, ice cream machine and other kitchen equipment to prepare high-quality drinks.
• Prepare drink backups and ingredients to the standards of the store
• Operate ice cream machine and follow instructions for ice cream production
• Prepare and make waffle cones to the standards of the store
• Serve service water to the customers, bus out tables and maintain dining area cleanliness
• Serve and prepare ice cream scoops to customers, as well as dip and prepare ice cream bars
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. As well as free taste if needed
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages / cocktails.
• Handle side duties such as operating the POS system and cashier transactions, grab orders
• Receive and do proper inventory of supplies that are delivered and make sure everything is properly accounted for
• Maintain a clean and organized beverage station, ice cream station and all service areas. As well as including restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions about drink, food and ice cream options and ingredients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Upsell additional items or desserts to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow established procedures for opening and closing the barista bartender station.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages, ice cream, and all drinks if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista and bartender in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, drink recipes, and presentation standards.
• Ability to operate espresso machines, blenders, and other kitchen equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to different tasks.
• Proactive, takes initiative and willing to go above and beyond what is expected
