BARISTA – CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Job Description:

• Prepare and serve CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice beverages according to company standards
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of drinks
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and store
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and store operating procedures
• Assist in inventory, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

Job Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Willing to learn beverage preparation and customer service
• With good communication skills and positive attitude
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and presentable
