- Prepare and serve a variety of tea and coffee beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
- Handle cash and payment procedures accurately.
- Stay updated on various tea types and brewing techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a customer service or barista role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, coffee knowledge, and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility, interpersonal skills, and consistency in performance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes and maintain product quality.
