• Conducts site inspections to ensure a safe, hazard-free workplace

• Enforces safety rules, standards, and leads emergency response drills

• Monitors worker safety and promotes best safety practices on-site

• Coordinates with HRD on safety compliance and personnel documentation

• Manages site personnel records, certifications, and contractor safety

• Assists in developing and implementing safety and operational procedures

• Prepares and applies chemicals safely for project-related activities

• Oversees environmental compliance and submission of reports (SMR, CMR)

• Processes regulatory permits (LLDA, DENR, Fire Safety, Permit to Operate, PCL)

• Prepares documents for ISO 14001:2015, Halal certification, and DOLE

• Develops HIRAC and environmental aspect-impact assessments

• Accredited Pollution Control Officer with knowledge in hazardous waste hauling

• Serves as liaison between management, contractors, and regulatory bodies

• Acts as Emergency Response Team (ERT) Leader

• Certified Safety Officer 2 – Valid Certification on Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH)
• With 2 years of experience as Safety Officer
• With 2 years’ experience as PCO
• Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila
