職務内容
- Develop and enforce health and safety policies in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and address workplace hazards.
- Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate health and safety training programs for employees and management.
- Ensure proper documentation of safety measures, compliance audits, and incident reports.
- Maintain updated knowledge of DOLE and OSH standards applicable to construction projects.
- Promote a culture of safety through regular communication and engagement with staff.
- Act as a liaison with government agencies during inspections or compliance activities.
- Must be a certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) as per DOLE standards.
- Proven experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE and OSH regulations.
- Completion of required DOLE training programs (e.g., BOSH, COSH, etc.).
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Process-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
