職務内容

Develop and enforce health and safety policies in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and address workplace hazards.
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate health and safety training programs for employees and management.
Ensure proper documentation of safety measures, compliance audits, and incident reports.
Maintain updated knowledge of DOLE and OSH standards applicable to construction projects.
Promote a culture of safety through regular communication and engagement with staff.
Act as a liaison with government agencies during inspections or compliance activities.

Must be a certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) as per DOLE standards.
Proven experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of DOLE and OSH regulations.
Completion of required DOLE training programs (e.g., BOSH, COSH, etc.).
Excellent communication and training skills.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
Process-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
