Engineering Officer - Licensed - 3yrs exp in Commercial Property - Laguna

Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

We are looking for candidates currently employed as Senior Building Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, or in similar roles within the Commercial Property, Property Management, or Facilities Management industry.

Technical & Industry Experience:

Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly:

Chillers

HVAC Systems

Cooling Towers

Generator Sets (GenSets)

Boilers

Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Exposure to the following property types is highly preferred:

Commercial Buildings

Office Buildings

Shopping Malls

Hotels

Corporate Tower

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily engineering operations and report on system performance and issues.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for equipment and infrastructure.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation for accuracy.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams on engineering activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking, and status reporting.

Participate in inspections, audits, and risk assessments for engineering assets.

Investigate technical problems and recommend practical corrective actions.

Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and engineering changes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
