Admin Specialist / Registered Nurse

• The Admin Specialist / Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering professional nursing care while providing administrative support to ensure efficient clinic and office operations. The role involves accurate documentation, compliance with healthcare standards, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Role Overview:

• The Admin Specialist / Registered Nurse will handle 75% Registered Nurse duties and 25% administrative tasks to support patient care and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care, health assessment, and patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Support health and safety programs
• Prepare reports, records, and administrative documents
• Assist with coordination, scheduling, and other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (PRC)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• With clinical/occupational health experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in documentation and administrative processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
