PRIVATE NURSE (HSW)

• Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities
• Monitor patient's health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to medical staff
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
• Support patients in achieving their personal health goals and recovery plans

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Skills and Competencies: Compassionate interpersonal communication and patient management skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation for patients
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a dedicated approach to patient care
• Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
