Site Civil Engineer - Cavite

Duties and Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitoring subcontractors, laborers, and structural execution to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Project Scheduling: Track project timelines, monitor milestones, and implement field adjustments to ensure construction deadlines are consistently met.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Inspect structural layouts, rebar positioning, concrete pouring, and finishing works to detect and resolve engineering issues immediately.
• Material Management: Coordinate the delivery, storage, and inventory of construction materials on-site, ensuring minimal waste and correct material specifications.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety regulations and strict compliance with the company’s occupational health and safety protocols to maintain an accident-free work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly site accomplishment reports, manpower distributions, and material consumption tracking logs for management review.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• License: Registered/Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License) is preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of solid work experience in actual project site supervision, structural construction, or civil works.
• Skills:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blue prints.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced field environment.
