Quantity Surveyor (Licensed Mechanical)

Job Requirements

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection system (MPF).
• Knowledgeable in secondary electrical and controls of the MPF equipment.
• Knowledgeable in preparing technical and commercial bid for prospected projects.
• Knowledgeable in bidding process of private company.
• Knowledgeable in estimation software like PDF, AUTOCADD and Planswift.
• Experienced in installation of MPF at project site and fabrication at plant.
• Knowledgeable in preparing cost parameters.
• Knowledgeable in sourcing materials needed for the quotation.
• Knowledgeable in communicating with clients.

• Signed Certificate of Inspection
• Signed Matrix of Responsibilities /Scope of works
• Master Construction Schedule (Gantt Chart Format with S Curve)
• Manpower Schedule (aligned with Master Construction Schedule)
• List of Name for the Key Personnel/team to be assigned with project
• Methodology of Installation and Testing
• List of Equipment to be used (from mobilization, lifting, installation & demobilization)
