Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to join our growing BPO team in Pasig City. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent service quality across customer interactions and supporting continuous improvement of agent performance.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails
• Score agent performance using QA scorecards
• Provide feedback and coaching support
• Identify errors, trends, and process gaps
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support Operations in improving customer experience
• Prepare basic QA reports

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as QA in a BPO setting
• Open to undergraduate candidates
• Experience in voice accounts preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
• Willing to work night shift
