Role: Technical QA Tester

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS Site - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Bacolod / Angeles / Mabalacat

Schedule: Mid Shift

Job Description:

• Architect and maintain end-to-end automation framework using Playwright and TypeScript
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Develop backend and API tests beyond UI validation
• Review developer test code and champion automation best practices
• Monitor test stability, execution time, and overall framework reliability
• Mentor junior QAs and promote automation knowledge across the team
• Drive automation strategy while supporting broader QA testing activities

Qualification and requirements:

• 4+ years QA experience, including 2+ years automation development
• Strong TypeScript or JavaScript skills with strict typing experience
• Hands-on Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver automation experience
• Proven API testing experience with REST, JSON payloads, HTTP status codes
• Daily Git usage: branching, commits, and pull request workflows
• Strong test planning and end-to-end test case design skills
• Independent, proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
