The Quality Control Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for overall quality control of precision parts (electronics, plastic/automotive), ensuring compliance with Japanese standards and driving zero-defect performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Implement corrective actions and CAPA
• Lead root cause analysis and Kaizen initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and audit requirementts
• Supervise and train QC team
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Suppliers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
• 5+ years QC/QA experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of QMS, SPC, FMEA, and QC tools
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Experience in precision manufacturing is a plus
