Software Quality Engineer

Our ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a SQA tester or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Clickup)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Open to a contractual employment arrangement

Your responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain pre-production release regression tests to ensure software stability and readiness for deployment
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues, usability gaps, and edge cases
• Perform manual acceptance testing to validate new features and fixes against defined acceptance criteria
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the testing process
