Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using CPM (Critical Path Method), PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique), PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method), and Gantt charts in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the timely execution of activities in alignment with the approved work program
Prepare construction bar charts with S-curves, resource histograms, and cash flow projections in compliance with DPWH standards.
Review and update the Weekly Accomplishment Reports (WAR) and support monthly progress billing.
Ensure full compliance with DPWH documentation standards, contract time extensions (CTE), and project performance tracking.
Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective measures or recovery plans.
Assist in preparing and responding to planning-related correspondence with DPWH, including transmittals, clarification letters, and other formal communications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and documentation protocols.
Support coordination meetings by providing schedule updates and progress reports.
Interface with Cost Control and QA/QC teams to ensure alignment between the project schedule, budget, and quality standards, promoting integrated project performance and adherence to contractual requirements.

Candidate should have a Bachelor/s Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related studies.
Should have at least 3-5 years of related work experience
Has the knowledge in creating, managing and updating of project schedules specifically in construction and engineering fields.
