Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering designs, plans, and cost estimates
• Supervise construction activities and project implementation
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Review technical drawings and specifications
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Resolve engineering and construction issues on-site
• Assist in project scheduling and resource planning
• Perform quality control and risk assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Proven experience in construction/project management preferred
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of local construction laws and safety regulations
• Experience in infrastructure, structural, or residential projects
• Project management certification is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
