説明 :

Government Compliance and Communication:

  • Handle all matters related to government-mandated benefits and requirements including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
  • Ensure timely preparation, submission, and processing of documents and reports for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth contributions and loans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication with government agencies regarding employee benefits and compliance.

Compliance Management:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance-related policies and procedures to ensure adherence to government regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to ensure compliance.

Records Management and Encoding:

  • Accurately maintain and update employee 201 files and other HR records.
  • Ensure that all employee records are complete, up-to-date, and properly filed.
  • Handle the encoding and management of employee data in HR databases and systems.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information and records.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring that all government contributions and deductions are accurately reflected.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide assistance and support to employees regarding their benefits and government-related queries.

要件 :

  • Bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in handling government-mandated benefits and compliance (prepared but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth processes and requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
