Cake Decorator/Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products including cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and specialty desserts
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and sheeters
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Decorate basic baked goods when required
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
