Lead merchant acquisition efforts, focusing on pharmacies such as drugstore chains, retail pharmacies, and specialty pharmacies across the country.
Negotiate and secure agreements with key merchant partners to integrate them into the app's ecosystem.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with pharmacy merchants to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for the smooth onboarding of new merchants and partners.
Analyze and stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities.
Regularly report on the acquisition process, including market feedback and performance metrics.
要件
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
At least 5 years of experience in merchant acquisition, business development, or partnership management in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, eCommerce, or FinTech.
Proven success in acquiring partnerships with drugstore chains, retail pharmacies, or specialty pharmacies.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and managing contracts.
Familiarity with the Philippine pharmaceutical supply chain and regulatory framework.
Established network within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors is an advantage.
Solid understanding of eCommerce and FinTech trends and platforms is a plus.
Ability to use CRM tools for sales tracking and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with Clevel executives and building professional relationships.
