Mechanical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Introduction

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support the design, execution, and supervision of mechanical and fire protection system projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site experience, and leadership capability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with industry standards.

QUALIFICATION:

• Preferably licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 2–5 years of site experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering tools
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and fire protection systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Proven experience in site supervision and team leadership
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the design, review, and implementation of HVAC and Fire Protection Systems(FDAS, sprinklers, smoke control, etc.)
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD
• Conduct site inspections, supervision, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Lead and manage site workforce, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for technical clarifications and project updates
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and fire protection regulations
• Prepare as-built drawings, reports, and documentation for project turnover

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or building services projects
• Familiarity with FDAS, sprinkler systems, and mechanical installations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and safety
