職務内容

Candidate must be a licensed mechanical engineer with at least 1 year of experience as an engineer in a Construction Company
Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
With strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills
Willing to visit different project sites

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares the cost/material estimates of projects to be assigned for bidding proposals
Arranges fabrication sheets; coordinates Material Request (MR) on assigned sites with Project Managers
Attends bidding and coordination meetings with clients
Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project
Maintains documents related to quotations
Performs other related jobs as may be assigned by Operations Manager
