Job Title: Events Coordinator
Educational Qualifications: Formal education is not mandatory, but a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in event planning or a related role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales and marketing, product launch initiatives, relationship building, networking, customer relationship management (CRM), and verbal communication. Familiarity with account management and previous involvement in orchestrating events.
Responsibilities and Duties: Planning and coordinating events, engaging with vendors, managing budgets, ensuring the execution of high-quality events, and achieving sales and marketing targets.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in various locations depending on event needs.
