Timeline:
- Pre-opening of the factory: Oct – Nov 2026
- Training in Cebu (3–4 months with accommodations)

- Opening of the factory and new office in Calaca City: Jan 2027
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform field activities such as inspections and monitoring of implemented projects/maintenance activities
- Coordinate/assist in the implementation of projects, including preparing project estimates, materials, quantities, and turnover documents
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare maintenance findings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications for the department
- Collate data and prepare technical reports
- Prepare employee shift schedules for the department
- Prepare requisitions of office supplies and control their distribution/usage
- Prepare/update quality records and filing
- Encode purchase requisitions for the department
- Maintain inventory and control of all tools assigned to the department
- Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers regarding requested/ordered materials
- Maintain the orderliness, cleanliness, and arrangement of the office
- Manage the department’s critical files and remnants of activities
- Properly record, dispose of KY records, and prepare KY activities if necessary
- Follow company’s Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, IMS Policy, and other policies
- Adhere to company rules and regulations and ensure personal safety while performing job duties
- Perform other functions as instructed by the superior
Preferred Candidate Location: City of Calaca or Barangay Puting Bato West
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- More than 10 years of professional experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Ability to establish and implement a maintenance program for installed EI equipment & spare parts with maintenance recording
- Knowledgeable in electrical & instrument control, PLC & HMI, with troubleshooting skills
- Ability to facilitate/coordinate with other working groups and subcontractors
- Basic knowledge of power systems and WESM transactions
- Able to communicate with Power Suppliers and Distribution Utilities (DU)
- Implement and follow Safety & Health Policies and area housekeeping
- Conduct project feasibility studies and ensure effective and efficient project implementation in line with safety guidelines
- Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling project proposals, modifications, and system improvements
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including electrical diagrams, specifications, and other pertinent documents
