We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update data in company databases.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized files and records.
• Process data from various sources.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries.
• Follow data security protocols to maintain confidentiality.

• High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Hybrid work setup: Willing to work onsite 3 days a week and remotely for the remaining days.
