URGENT HIRING: OUTBOUND SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Join our team as an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager and lead sales operations for our Travel & Hospitality Program in MOA, Pasay. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective strategies, coaching leaders, and implementing course corrections to achieve business targets. We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong BPO background and proven success in outbound sales.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to improve overall results.

Monitor sales performance and identify areas requiring immediate course correction.

Coach and develop Team Leaders and other sales leaders to strengthen team performance.

Analyze sales metrics and create action plans to address performance gaps.

Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5–8 years of BPO Sales experience

At least 2–3 years of leadership experience managing leaders, such as Sr. Team Leads or Assistant Managers

Strong background in Outbound Sales

Strong sales strategy development and course correction skills

Preferably with Travel & Hospitality experience, especially Cruise Lines or Hotels

Proven track record of driving sales performance

Can start immediately

Willing to work onsite in Pasay MOA

Salary & Benefits

₱45,000–₱65,000 salary
