PHRN Team Leader Call Center Setup

Description

• Lead the setup and optimization of the call center operations for PHRN.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance service efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and quality standards.
• Monitor call center metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding call center operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Minimum of 3 years Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO account
• Active PHRN License
• Experience Level: 3 years of experience in call center operations or management
• At least 2 years of EPIC Tool experience
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
