Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Do outbound calls and receive inbound calls from Cold Leads.
• Pitch our services with clear and professional communication
• Handle Follow-Ups
• Manage Leads pipelines.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team.

Requirements

• At least 6 months as Customer Service Representative
• Must have stable internet
• Must have at least a 4-core processor laptop or computer
• At least 16GB of RAM to avoid any lag for multiple workloads.

Compensation

• You are paid weekly.
