REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Can speak Cantonese and English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any course.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Communicate with customers through phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment status, and delivery concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Support customers with order processing, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
