Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Premium Telco Account. The role involves assisting customers with telecommunications-related inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through voice support.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old Curriculum High School Graduate
• ALS Graduate may also apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Must have completed the required high school education
• Undergraduate High School applicants are not accepted
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
