YOUR ROLE:

As a Healthcare CSR, you will:

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, and coverage
• Provide support for claims, billing, and healthcare services
• Help customers locate information about providers and services
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Protect confidential customer and healthcare information
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate with or without experience
• Completed 2 years in college with 6 months Customer service-related experience
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate with 6 months BPO experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer service-oriented and willing to help others
• Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends/holidays when required
