Description
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone & email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: SHS/HS Grad./college under grad./college graduate
- Experience Level: At least 6months in an International Voice Call Center Experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patience and empathy.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
