Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an engaged and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months BPO experience.
• Good communication skills
• Handled a retail or e-commerce account (an advantage)
• Proficiency in Salesforce is a big plus
