Customer Service Representative – 6 Months BPO Experience – 30k Pay

We're looking for customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and assist with questions about products, orders, and accounts.

Provide clear explanations of company services, policies, and available options.

Investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally.

Resolve customer problems efficiently and strive for first-call resolution.

Update customer and account information accurately.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
