Position: HMO STAFF

Qualifications:

- College Graduate (any course)

- With HMO/Insurance experience

- Experience in handling Claims and/or LOA (Letter of Authorization)

- Excellent Communication skills

- Can start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Endorsement for ddd/delete & monitoring of other deliverables

- LOA issuance

- Card distributions

- Case/availment endorsements

- Benefit & provider inquiry

- Frontline for cases/concerns

- Coordination for VIP access/availments
