Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the call center processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, English Proficiency, Interpersonal Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask while managing customer needs
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and a strong willingness to help others
- Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
- Blended Account
- Willing to start by September 8, 15 and 22
- With Financial and healthcare background and Chat support exp. for 6 months
