Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix cocktails and drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customer identification and follow alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash, payments, and customer tabs accurately
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies when needed
• Create drink specials and recommend beverages to customers
• Assist in planning and promoting bar events, promos, and special offers
• Use social media and customer engagement strategies to help attract more guests to the bar
