Coffee Shop Staff / Barista Job Description

We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused staff to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, milkshakes, snacks, and other beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and politely
• Handle cash and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, tables, and equipment
• Restock ingredients and supplies when needed
• Assist customers with menu recommendations
• Work efficiently with team members during busy hours

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow shop standards
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Experience in a coffee shop or food service is an advantage but not required
