Sales Customer Relations Specialist

PG PAWN INC is looking for Sales & Customer Relations Specialist

Department: Business Development / Operations

Reports To: Operations & Business Development Manager / President

Employment Status: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and promote premium pawning services.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure personalized service.
• Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, and redemption.
• Monitor loan accounts, renewals, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or financial services (luxury retail/jewelry preferred).
• Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, discreet, and client focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
