Product Databasing Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and update product databases in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare and format CSV files for integration with e-commerce platforms and internal systems

• Upload and maintain product information across multiple websites and online platforms

• Organize, clean, and validate large volumes of data in Excel and CSV formats

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms, files, and documents

• Provide administrative support related to product data management and business operations

• Perform other ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product data entry, databasing, or e-commerce operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CSV file handling

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Familiarity with or experience in Webkul and Shopify is an advantage
