PHRN Team Lead/QA/Quality Lead

• Lead and mentor the PHRN team to ensure high standards of quality in operations.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and implement improvements based on findings.
• Work collaboratively with account management and customer service teams to enhance client relations.
• Resolve complex issues and improve problem-solving capabilities within the team.
• Maintain financial literacy to ensure budget adherence and resource management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, account management, customer service, and Salesforce.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of leading a team, conducting training, and implementing quality assurance protocols.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
