* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU WILL DO*
1. *Operational Support*: Act as the ultimate operational backbone for the Parts Sales Officer
2. *Sales Follow-up*: Monitor quoted parts/services and lead relentless customer follow-ups
3. *Scheduling Coordination*: Coordinate schedules to ensure timely equipment and machinery maintenance
4. *Records & Reporting*: Mastermind accurate records and reports so no sales opportunity slips through the cracks
* QUALIFICATIONS*
1. *Education*: Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, Management, or relevant technical/equipment-related fields
2. *Experience*: Preferably 1–2 years in sales coordination, customer service, or parts/automotive/industrial service administration
_Fresh Graduates: Welcome to apply if you have exceptional communication and organizational skills_
3. *Tech Skills*: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
4. *Core Traits*: Excellent follow-up skills, organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
*Salary*: ₱15,000 – ₱18,000 / month
*Location*: Biñan, Laguna
