Restaurant Supervisor

• Will make weekly schedule of the staff
• Conduct employee performance reviews
• Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes
• Address employee and customer concerns
• Smooth out problems within the workplace
• Monitor store inventory and supplies
• Support ongoing learning and development of team members
• Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Must be hardworking, punctual and have pleasing personality
• Willing to be assign in Nihao Unlimited Hotpot located in Ayala Malls Vermosa (Imus, Cavite) or24 Chicken (Gentri, Bacoor, Imus) or Romantic Baboy (Bacao, Gentri, Imus, Tagaytay)

Requirements:

• With at least 2 - 4 years of experience in the fast food industry
• Knowledgeable in creating daily and monthly sales reports
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operation

• Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
