Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gastropub. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, managing the team, and providing an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth coordination between Front of House (FOH), Bar, and Back of House (BOH).
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff during daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational concerns and priorities to the team.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Monitor table flow, order serving times, and overall service efficiency.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams regarding orders, availability, and operational concerns.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock requirements with Management.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS procedures, and end-of-day reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and communicate concerns, incidents, and recommendations to Management.
• Implement and enforce restaurant SOPs, house rules, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist in staff training, coaching, performance evaluation, and disciplinary matters when necessary.
• Perform other restaurant operations-related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• High School graduate; college-level or graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related course is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle pressure and resolve operational problems effectively.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory, cash handling, and basic reporting.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably residing in Antipolo City or nearby areas.
