USRN Training Specialist

Job Overview

Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro USRN Training Specialist to support training delivery for a non-voice healthcare operations account.

This role is responsible for facilitating training sessions, reinforcing Utilization Management process knowledge, supporting trainee readiness, and helping team members understand clinical, documentation, and account-specific expectations.

The ideal candidate is an active USRN with BPO or CPO Utilization Management experience and the communication skills needed to train, guide, and support healthcare operations team members.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, process, refresher, and upskilling training sessions
• Deliver training related to Utilization Management, clinical review, documentation, and account workflows
• Help trainees understand process standards, quality expectations, and performance metrics
• Prepare, update, or organize training materials, job aids, assessments, and references
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback during training periods
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to address learning gaps
• Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and learner progress updates 

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any U.S. state
• At least 1 to 2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to explain clinical and healthcare process concepts clearly
• Organized and capable of managing training materials, assessments, and learner progress
• Comfortable working in a non-voice healthcare operations environment 

Nice to Have

• Previous training, teaching, preceptor, or academe experience
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare, payer, or Utilization Review accounts
• Familiarity with training scorecards, knowledge checks, or trainee performance tracking
