QA Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Food Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that all food products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards throughout production
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, processes, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements
• Document and report quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain consistent product quality
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis when required
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and audits
• Assist in internal and external audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (experience in food manufacturing is an advantage)
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards is a plus
